Good Value Appliance

My 7 year old LG frig died during a recent heat wave. First the ice maker went out then the temp went erratic, and finally it died. Instead of frantically searching for a new frig, I decided to look for a used frig. I called Good Value Appliance and he had a used Westinghouse SS bottom freezer frig. I checked it out, he delivered the next day and took away the old one. This frig works fine. Yay!!! (I will never again but an LG) THANK YOU & I highly recommend!

Recently bought a washer and dryer here, which came with a 90 day warranty. The washer motor gave out on us after about a month or so. The owner swapped us out for a working washer in a very timely fashion without any fuss. Had we just bought a washer from a private party we'd be out of luck. Overall great experience, highly recommend.

If you need a washer and dryer definitely come here the guy was so nice and helpful it was $300 for a washer and dryer he gave me hoses for the hot and cold water and helped me load the washer and dryer into the truck. I’m so happy with my washer and dryer If the plug in didn’t work he has other connectors you can use for the dryer I was gonna buy a cheap washer and dryer off Facebook but they don’t come with a 90 day warranty and they have problems Thank you so much

If you live in Eugene or Springfield and need a new appliance then Good Value Appliance is the place you should go to. We were moving into a home that was solely electric so we needed to get an electric dryer and get rid of our gas one. We were not fully moved in yet and our old home was hours away so Anthony helped me pick a dryer by texting me pictures of what he had at 7.5 cubic feet as requested. When I picked one he sent dimensions to confirm it would fit. He was able to deliver to the home the next morning before my husband left to go back to our old home. Anthony was able to install both our washer and dryer (movers wouldn't do it because they only unloaded our items we packed via POD) and take the gas dryer off our hands. A week later we all drove up with baby and dog and arrived on Christmas eve. That's when we saw our pipe for the hot water had been leaking from the connection point to the washer. If we couldn't have gotten the water to the washer turned off we would have called an emergency plumber but luckily it wasn't stuck or anything. So I knew I had to wait till at least Saturday the day after Christmas to call for help. I figured I'd start with asking Anthony for help but wasn't sure if he or anyone could because that's when the snow started coming down. I called and explained the hose must have gotten damaged when our movers packed it, and we have very little clean clothes left. Anthony said he will try to come soon depending on the weather, he was helping 1 customer at the time. 15 min later he calls me and tells me he's 10 min out. He first tried blumbers tape and waited/watched the connection to make sure leak was fixed. It was still dripping, but he had brought an extra water connection. He installed it, again waited to make sure the leak stopped and it had! I had 3 weeks of laundry to do because we had to pack washer/dryer in the POD, it would have been so overwhelming if not impossible with the snow to get to the laundromat. What a lifesaver. Anthony was extremely helpful in getting me all set up with a quality washer and dryer. He single-handedly got me hooked up during one of the warmest weeks of the spring, including carrying the units up two flights of stairs. When I had additional questions for him he was extremely responsive to phone calls and all around as helpful as possible. Can’t recommend more!
