Good selection, prices were good. Our sales rep. did not call us back as promised regarding delivery & installation day. We waited 3 days then called Kelly’s and a great installer came out one day later and installed the unit. He was friendly, experienced and did the job quickly. This is our 4th buy from Kelly’s.

We went to the grand opening of the new store by Delta Highway. We got a fantastic deal on a grand opening Memorial Day weekend sale. I don’t like to be pressured by sales people so when we were approached after we walked in the door, I politely said we’re just looking around for now and the sales person was so nice and said he’s there to help when we need him. We went back to the same guy once we made our decision There was no BS and he didn’t try to sell us more than what we needed, and he was kind, polite, and efficient It was a good experience. Hassle free, good selection and a screaming deal. We took home a new range.

It’s the first time I’ve ever been there. I needed a dishwasher and an under counter microwave. With a bit of help I picked out both items and was out the door in 20 minutes. I had REIGN RENOVATIONS INSTALL BOTH. !!

We came looking for a dryer and she helped us pick what we wanted and ensured it was already in stock locally. Our appointment was set for just a few days later. Communications about delivery were excellent including several updates the morning of and a call from the driver. Installation was quick and the delivery guys were friendly and knowledgeable. Happy we supported a local business. We will definitely be back.
