Appliance City

Appliance City is excellent! I have purchased a dryer and a refrigerator from them. In both cases I received amazing customer service. Both products were used and have worked out extremely well. In the case of the refrigerator, we needed a little additional assistance in understanding its operation. The staff member who helped me was patient and provided everything I needed. I love it that they remain family owned, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was referred to Appliance City and was not disappointed. I found my item Friday and ordered online. Delivery set for Monday. I received a call at 2:45p asking if I wanted my refrigerator this afternoon! Yes, that would be super. Delivery and haul away was 45 minutes later. What a great experience and I will refer my friends now. Thank you.

We purchased a machine and after it was delivered mom was a little confused about how to operate it. They were so great and swapped out a new machine for my elderly mom so she could operate the machine easier. The delivery crew was outstanding and it was so kind of Appliance City to think about my Moms needs. Great service, great people! Thank you so happy!

I had a service appt scheduled to figure out a problem with my Maytag dryer: despite a clean lint screen and duct, the “clean lint screen” light would not stop flashing and the dryer would not dry our clothes. Somehow, the problem resolved itself over the weekend, so I called to change today’s visit to a routine dryer cleaning instead. After an educational and informative conversation, I felt comfortable to forego any service at this time. I was given such frank and good information and the gentleman was so kind. He saved me a couple hundred dollars. I will use Appliance City for any future needs.
