We have lived in Sherwood for 30 years. Our go to place for appliance purchases and repairs has always been Krohn's. They are accommodating, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Their customer service and follow up are second to none in the industry. We will continue to give Krohn's our business and recommend you do as well.

I was looking to purchase a freezer and thought I would try to support a local business owner. I spoke to Brian a few times over the phone and ended up buying a 20CU deep freezer that I thought was a chest style but when I went to pick it up, it turns out that it was a standing freezer. Brian convinced me that standing was better because "the thing you want is always on the bottom" in a chest freezer so I took his advice. I got the freezer home and it was really too big for the space and disrupted the function of the laundry room where we keep it. I called to see if I could bring it back and exchange it for a chest freezer but Brian basically said "that's your problem" because he "didn't want to sit on it" waiting for somebody to buy the freezer that doesn't work for me. Apparently he feels I should have no problem selling it on my own and getting my money back out of it though. Just not something that he was willing to do to help a customer out now that the check has cleared. **the freezer definitely hasn't been installed and in use for 3 months**

Called in and spoke to someone at the store, asking about refurbished washing machines. Was really impressed with their straightforwardness and knowledge. Convinced me that a specific brand was worth the premium over other used brands, and that they had one in stock. Suggested that I come quickly because these things don’t sit long. Canceled my afternoon plans, loaded up my kiddo and drove to their location. Found out the unit had been sold prior to my phone call. Very frustrating but mistakes happen. However they had a washer/dryer pair of the same brand. When I asked them if they would sell me the washer they said no, as they don’t split up pairs, and asked if I wanted to look at cheaper refurbished options. I declined, as they themselves had already convinced me not to. Again, mistakes happen, but I was baffled that they would not make an exception to their policy of not splitting up pairs to make up for the honest mistake and ensure a sale. What started out as an excellent customer service interaction seriously lacked in follow through.

Rachel went above and beyond to get a warranty issue taken care of for me in a timely manner. Our Speed Queen washer pump failed right before I was to leave town and I didn't want to leave this for my wife to deal with. Rachel stayed late on a Friday and helped us get our washer up and running just in time. As a small business owner myself I know how valuable having someone like Rachel on the team can be, and I'll be sure to refer my home inspection clients to Krohn's when I have the opportunity.

We used Krohn's for service on our Frigidaire washing machine and dishwasher about 7 years ago. Great service and reliable. Very fair priced and they knew what they were doing. We upgraded the washer about 4 years ago to a Speed Queen from Krohn's and absolutely love it. So, when it was time to upgrade the kitchen this past summer we chose Krohn's again. Brian sells reliable products that last. We love our Crosley appliances and know that if there are any issues we are covered with a local, reliable appliance repair company that has a relationship with the manufacturer and will go the extra mile for you. I highly recommend them.
