Knew what I wanted and Christine was very good at walking me thru the process and setting up the installation. The pricing was 10-20% better than I found anywhere else plus Christine hooked me up with energy rebates. Changed my mind on some options fairly late in the process and NNG had no problem getting those changes in. Their installers, T&K Mechanical, were great - clean, professional and friendly and gave me a quick tutorial before leaving. A very easy, no surprises process that went exactly as my high expectations. Highly recommend.

Trevor was a great help to us as we were wanting to convert a second fireplace to gas. We had a huge selection to choose from and decided to match the insert to the original conversion done to our first fireplace. We got a quote promptly and were able to schedule the work in a short timeframe. I really love the gas fireplace since we do not have to carry wood into the house and with the remote, both start up and shut off is easy.

I contacted NW Natural Appliance Center to determine if I could convert my manual gas fireplace to a remote control. The sales representative, Matthew Lansdon, confirmed that it was possible, and, we agreed on the Real Fyre Designer gas log set that would accommodate the electronics and still fill the space proportionally for an authentic look, not too crowded or too small. For installation, Matthew recommended Ray Holmes at Holmes Install Services. Ray Holmes arrived yesterday and did a beautiful installation - see photos. And just in time for the holidays! I am 100% satisfied with the excellent service provided by both NW Natural Appliance Center and Holmes Install Services.
