I never post reviews, but I want to ensure no one else goes through what we are with BASCO. BASCO has been an absolute nightmare to work with. During the initial dishwasher installation (4/15/2026), their installer failed to shut off the water valve, which resulted in significant flooding in our kitchen and basement that is now requiring demolition and remediation. We then experienced two no-show follow-up installation appointments (4/24/26 and 4/28/26). On the fourth attempt (5/1/2026), they finally installed the dishwasher—but did it incorrectly. The unit is not mounted to the cabinets and sticks out nearly three inches from the counter, making it look unprofessional and unfinished in our small galley kitchen. This company has shown zero regard for our property, time, or satisfaction. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid BASCO.

BEWARE ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!!!! Bought a kitchenaid range double oven stainless steel thumbshield 1st time I used it spilled a bit of hot water and thumbshield burns right off leaving a stain and bare metal also any grease splatter that lands on burners turns brown immediately and won't wash off. Called my salesman Jeremy asked if I can exchange for ceramic top basically he said no refunds no exchanges so I can't even return it and by a different one from them and pay the difference. Yes got a good price but it's Junk and know I'm stuck with it and it looks horrible emailed pictures to customer service and no response. Unlick costco returns are welcomed for up to a year or longer for any reason. So folks don't be fooled. Once you buy here you're screwed. THEY DONT TELL YOU ALL SALES ARE FIINAL NOR VERBAL RECEIPT OR POSTED BY CHECK-OUT . Unlike a reputable respected retailer....

Needed a new gas stovetop with downdraft for kitchen island. Joe Schacher from BASCO was amazing! Joe’s customer service and seeing to my needs was outstanding. Have never received this level of service from any of the other appliance companies in the Portland area. Without going into the store Joe provided options via text for a range of cooktops and we chose the Jenn Air JGD3430GS05. Works and looks great. After installation we noticed a few days later the dials were slightly off center. After contacting Joe, whom contacted Jenn Air, within a few days a technician from Appliance Hospital came and was able to resolve the issue which was covered. From start to finish Joe was there to make sure the customer was completely happy. I highly recommend Joe & BASCO for your appliance needs.
