Clive was excellent in helping us find the perfect “new to espresso” setup. We landed on a grinder, machine, and accessories we love! After an in-person demo they also gave us a couple “thank you” gifts for our visit which we appreciated. Our initial machine was DOA, but they quickly solved our issues and replaced our machine promptly.

I recently called Clive Coffee for help selecting an upgraded espresso grinder to optimize my workflow. The team patiently worked with me to answer all of my questions over a call that lasted about 25 minutes, and provided great guidance and insights that really met my needs without over selling me on extra upgrades. This was a refreshing experience compared to calls with many of their competitors, as I didn’t feel any pressure to make a purchase despite the time they committed educating me as a consumer. I also feel confident in their support model and quality standards for how they select what product they carry. My experience with Clive coffee has been amazing. The Profitec Pro 600 (It was renamed last year to Ride) has a high end feel and polished finish. I’ve had it for 3 years now and it works like the day I bought it. I couldn’t be more happy with how my morning feels and I’m always getting complements on the vibe the machine adds to my space. The machines are great but customer service is really where Clive pulls ahead of the competition. If you want to be supported not treated like a number this is your stop. I recently did a kitchen renovation and my one wish was to have a coffee bar. When the kitchen was finished I started researching Machines and Grinders. I looked at a lot of sites and decided to go with Clives Coffee. It wasn't because of the prices or the selection, but I was totally impressed with the reviews on their customer service. It is OUTSTANDING ! I purchased an ECM synchronica ll and a Weber Key grinder from them. Of course i ran into some learning curve issues and called them for help. Molly and Arthur are the best. Very polite, knowledgeable and professional. They helped me with the issues I had, and know im on my way to begin my espresso journey. So many places offer espresso machines and accessories, so why did i pick Clive Coffee? There customer service and support is top notch…and lets not forget their warranty exceeds other companies. I lost count on the amount of calls i made while trying to choose what would be best for me, they always took their time and helped. So at the end of the day …..the people at Clive won my business.
