I bought a refrigerator and it didn't work. Finally they have me a new one but it took weeks to get it and then they messed up a rug in my entry where I can't even open my closet and wouldn't come back to fix it when I reported it. I have friend that also had BAD experiences with them. Since the old man retired they can't keep the repair party efficient. Don't deal with them please! I would have given a zero if possible.
