DeWhitt Appliance Outlet Store

DeWhitt was recommended to us by family and we were NOT disappointed! There are two DeWhitt resources next door to each other. One sells the brand new stuff (which we went to) and the other sells "scratch-and-dent" appliances. We had a very good purchasing experience with Nick Clark helping us out. He showed us three brand names in all 6 appliances that we needed. Nick showed us all the pros and cons painting a clear picture on the different options. With his info, we could make a decision (actually 6 decisions). Nick, thanks for answering our questions- you certainly know your products very well. We will definitely refer our friends and family to you!

I had a great experience at Dewhitt appliance store. Shawn was awesome. He is super helpful, friendly, and found the perfect oven for me! I opted for delivery which was totally worth it. It was a steal for them to deliver and install the stove and take away the old one. I did not want to attempt moving anything up all those steps by myself. Overall an excellent experience and I will be back for all my future appliances.

I used to be a regular customer but never again! We’ve bought many appliances from Barb and trusted her greatly. We never had any problems with her recommendations. Then, I needed a fridge for a rental and Barb was not available. The person on the phone sold me a piece of garbage! Three months in and it’s frosting over, the seal is torn and it’s no longer cooling well. We tried to work with Sean for a solution and he was condescending and rude. Brian made an effort to resolve but the owner refused. I’ll never return and will no longer recommend to others!
