Eastbank Contractor Appliances

We bought a Beko induction range from Eastbank in 2022, and unfortunately the stovetop to the range failed midway through the summer of 2025. Even thought this was only three years after purchase, it fell outside of Beko's warranty range. I called Eastbank, and they paid to have a technician come to look at the range. The technician determined that the entire range stovetop would need to be replaced, which was well over half the original cost of the unit itself. I spoke with Luke, the sales representative I had worked with at Eastbank about the situation, and he was able to find a work around that got us a working unit again with minimal extra work or effort on our part. I was blown away, and so grateful for the help in a challenging situation. I highly recommend Eastbank, they came through for a customer in need, and were very communicative and helpful through the process.

Working with Derek at Eastbank Appliances has to hands down one of the best experiences. He is knowledgeable, beyond helpful and I would highly recommend working with him. We were referred to Derek for a simple dishwasher replacement, he had a fantastic Miele in stock and his recommendation for an installer was top tier. Within two days of purchase we had the new one delivered and installed. We have now returned to purchase a new fridge (Beko) and will be looking at a new range and hood soon.
