This is my first time shopping at Hamiltons Appliance for a washer and dryer. The staff at Hamiltons are friendly and knowledgeable. My sales person Carla really put in the extra effort and time to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. The entire process from the sale to the delivery were excellent. We have been loyal customers for 2 decades! Recently we had our 13 year old freezer die, so Hamilton's was my first call. Service was 3 days out... not an option. Carla set us up with the best deal on a new freezer...same day! She helped us avoid thousands of dollars of lost food, and gave me peace of mind... priceless! I'm a loyal customer for life!

We had an easy and pleasant experience purchasing a new stove and range hood for our kitchen at Hamiltons. We highly recommend Hamilton's Appliance with a great show room where you can see all kinds of great appliances. Our cupboards make what fits into the kitchen limited. We had been putting off kitchen decisions for the bigger full renovation ideas in the future, but the temp stove we had and old hood just needed to go now (because the computer on the gas range started shorting causing the oven to go off; the hood was just ancient). Paul at Hamilton's had us covered so that before we finalized the range hood, we knew which models would work, and how they would install. We were even lucky that we went during a sale and managed to even save more money. Paul really helped us through the whole process and what seemed difficult with all our hood questions, he made easy! Now we will even have a stronger and more quiet range hood! It was a moment of frustration with the old temp stove but I am so glad we went to Hamilton's now rather than putting it off and trying to wait for a huge renovation. It is like we did a mini refresh on our whole kitchen, it is a huge relief and improvement for such an important part of our house. Our Speed Queen washing machine was the first appliance we purchased at Hamilton's and we learned the many ways that Hamilton's Appliance beats the big box stores who don't even carry Speed Queen.

I went to Hamilton’s appliance today to purchase a new dishwasher, my sales person was Carla Thomas, she is very friendly & knowledgeable, and I always ask for her! I’ve been buying from Hamilton’s for over 30+ years, and they are a wonderful store to do business with! I knew Ken Hamilton the original owner, and I know he is missed a lot in our community! Thanks Hamilton’s for another easy, and pleasant buying experience!!
