I decided what I WANTED BEFORE GOING IN. I WANTED small local store where they have them on the floor and guess what? Riegelmann’s had it, in store, exactly what I was looking for. Sales person (Zander) was a great help. He explained the function of the different models and advice was best for what needed. I agreed and the installers (Apex) called and set up appointment the next day.. Everything was order and installed within 24 hrs. That was amazing, I DON’T think that has happened to me in years. What a great feeling. Will certainly use them again. Great service!,

My parents have been trusting Riegelmann’s for as long as I can remember. Now, it’s my turn. They have always been transparent & caring, they give you tips & tricks that don’t benefit their business at all but helps your appliances stay in tip top shape, and they have never once tried to upsell us on something we didn’t want! They’re not pushy at all. This business truly cares about their customers. We will forever be loyal! Also, Jordan is a fantastic service employee. Very helpful and kind!

I wanted to support local business, but wasn’t sure how prices would compare. They were right on par with the box stores and quality of service was even better! Their texting feature via the website was helpful for me to get intel before I came into the store to see the models I wanted. Arranging delivery was smooth and the setup service was fantastic. We needed washer and dryer doors to both be oriented to swing opposite and they took care of it swiftly on the driveway. Very happy with this business experience and we will return for other appliance needs.

Fantastic staff very helpful knowledgeable about products. I have bought 6 appliances over last year and half. Best place to go excellent selection. Sales staff wonderful. I want to add additional information to my review. My mom had delivery today. Excellent service from Harrison and Evan J. My mom very pleased with the youngmen that delivered her washing machine. Explained how to use answered all our questions . Thank you for excellent customer service.

My wife and I purchased a Whirlpool French door refrigerator from Riegelmann’s approximately 3 years ago and purchased the 5 year warranty. The door seal on one of the doors was cracking and tearing so I called Riegelmann’s for warranty work. I was informed that I would need to call the warranty company they deal with, so I did and I spoke with Julianna (with Centricity) and I explained what the issue was and she went away for at least 5 minutes and came back saying my claim was denied because I shared that I had cut off the piece of door seal (it was hanging out) and that voided the warranty. I asked to talk with a supervisor and she said she was, so I asked to speak with someone higher up and she said that’s her and hung up. I went to Riegelmann’s in person and shared my experience with Josh Bergh (service manager)and he told me how Centricity was terrible to work with. Well Josh said don’t worry about it he would order the parts and take care of it. Sure enough they did a week later and we couldn’t be happier. I give them not only an A+ but a 100% satisfaction rating from my wife and I. Thanks Gene & Michele Wilkinson
