They Sold me a fridge they said everything worked great on and the ice maker does not! It’s been almost 2 months and I’ve called them atleast 10-15 times and never got an answer or call back! Beyond frustrated for the price we paid! It’s supposed to be under warrants but that’s gonna run out before they answer their phones!

Bought a washer around a month ago, got a 6 month warranty. Today it started making all sorts of noises and stopped working. Called to use our warranty and they said it was $75 deductible! I’m sorry, I shouldn’t have to spend almost $400 to then spend another $75 in a month because you sold something more damaged then you thought. What’s the point of the warranty!? I’ll never recommend this place again to anyone.

We've got our new fridge home and absolutely love it! We had a wonderful experience! I forgot our reps name but she was lovely and informative and very genuine with her approach. Reasonable prices

6 month warranty on parts and labor YES PLEASE! I just bought a refrigerator and the staff was very sweet and helpful! We will see how the thing goes. Ill come back to update in a few months.

I was in need of a washer right away after our old one died. I found a washer at Appliance Source that was exactly what I wanted to pay, is in good condition and works great. It even has a 6 month warranty. The staff were friendly and helpful. I am planning on replacing some of my other appliances soon and I will certainly be visiting Appliance Source when I do.
