I read reviews for everything--I have never written one. Judy's repair service is a sham. They speedily and courteously came out to diagnose the problem and collect $95 but now won't send anyone out to repair (the $95 is supposed to be a credit towards the repair). I have politely messaged and called but the "warehouse" continues not to "provide a quote." It's nearly two months.

Great customer service, they honored their warranty, fixed my washer 2 days after I called for repairs. Friendly and respectful repair person. This is 3rd or 4th appliance from them, will continue to do business with them.

Henry did a fabulous job with My Washer & Dryer. He was very Friendly and Knowledgeable. I had a hard time getting the Person who sold it to Me to understand what I needed. He kept telling Me I was on my own and Not sure if they could help Me in anyway I needed. He did finally schedule Me an appointment . It seemed very difficult to get help with the issues I was having. I almost lost hope and regretted my purchase. Henry came in and was certain He could help. Served with happiness and made Me feel very comfortable by actually helping Me resolve all issues and concerns. He reassured Me that He could help and not to work. I am very happy with My service and purchase now. I pray I don’t need anymore help and everything works perfectly. I would like to recommend Someone but don’t want them to feel like they are on their own after they purchase anything. Waiting to see how the product works. Right now It’s running quiet and smooth. Thank you for keeping your word and assisting Me Henry.
