thank you amy and brittany for answering all my questions regarding buying a new washer. also big thanks to the technician who came out to work on my old washer. he let me know what I already knew (it was good as trash), gave me suggestions on machines, and pre measured what could go down my basement. they delivered the washer and removed the old one for me as well! i did have an issue with the hoses being hooked up incorrectly but they came out the very next day to switch them for me. I’ve already let the team know i’ll contact them when my next appliance goes out. i fell for the propaganda and got a speed queen which was at a smaller price then MSRP. the noise level is really low and the laundry gets really clean!

My washing machine purgatory is at an end. In less than 30 minutes the pros from AJ Appliance had my old set down the steps and out the door and new ones installed. Not a scratch to my walls or floors. My Speed Queens are a thing of true beauty with a 7 year warranty that AJ will service so hassle free. The gentle swishing of an actual agitator could just about lull me to sleep.

I’ve now turned to HA Appliance twice in the past couple of years—both times under less-than-ideal circumstances, and both times I’ve come away incredibly impressed. The first time was about a year ago, when my oven stopped working unexpectedly. The team was responsive and got things back on track quickly, leaving me with a strong impression of their reliability and professionalism. This most recent experience, however, is what truly cemented my confidence in this business. My dishwasher needed replacing, and HA Appliance once again came through—this time with a new Bosche unit that I absolutely love. The selection was fantastic, and I appreciated the knowledgeable support in choosing a quality appliance. When it came time for installation, Rob and Donnie arrived right on schedule and were outstanding from start to finish. Courteous, efficient, and incredibly respectful of my home, they took great care not to damage anything and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. They also walked me through the new features of the dishwasher, making sure I felt comfortable with how it all worked before they left. One small but meaningful detail that really stood out: I have a dog who was very curious about their activity. While I did my best to keep her out of their way, she kept wandering over to investigate. Rather than get frustrated, they handled it with kindness and patience—even taking a moment to greet her and give her a bit of attention. It went a long way in helping her relax, which helped everyone stay focused. It’s rare these days to find a shop that delivers both excellent products and exceptional service—but HA Appliance does exactly that. Highly recommend.

We've used AJ Appliance twice now—once to repair our GE refrigerator and a few years later for our Whirlpool dryer—and both experiences were excellent. Scheduling was quick and easy, with great communication throughout the process. Both technicians arrived right on time, were professional, and did a fantastic job. We couldn't be happier with the service and highly recommend them!

Do not use! Service does not stand behind their sales commitments. While I had a good experience 5 years ago, I called to ask AJ to service the dishwasher I bought through them. They advised that they do not stand by their extended warranties any longer and I was referred out. I pushed back by saying that it was purchased through them and they sold me on the extended warranty explicitly by saying it would be covered with them. I used no foul language but I did refer to the fact that their reviews had gone down in recent years. They refuse to communicate with me any longer despite the money I have spent with them. Hope they get management that supports the customer. UPDATE RESPONSE TO OWNER: No confusion. They have changed policies and do not stand behind the statements made during the sales, in which they stated "We do all the warranty work for New Leaf...SO you would just call us direct...we will come out to fix it for you..." AJ Appliance would rather stand by "policies" than customer service and sales commitments.
