I called them on a Wednesday and was told they couldn't come out untill Monday to service my washing machine. I was not given a time frame but told the tech will call you. All day Monday I waited for someone to call. No call no show... First thing Tuesday morning I called spoke to the same lady who said I can put you in for today. We can't give you a timeframe but the tech will call you when he's on the way. 4:30 pm still no call.. I called back and explained again how frustrating it was to just be waiting. She then says ohh I have you set for 5:00pm.. ummm but didnt you tell me that yall dont give times??? She says let me call the tech to see where he is.. It's Wednesday and I'm still waiting.... I do not recommend this businesss.... I will not beg a business to take my money I will simply just move on to someone else...

We purchased a stove that the owner assured us was in good working condition. After removing our stove and hooking up theirs we smelled gas, called them back only for them to tell us it has a gas leak. Thank God we didn't go to sleep. They removed the stove that night and we went back to their store the next morning, decided not to take a chance on another stove and requested a refund but owner wasn't there to issue a check. Although we paid with cash and card, they only issue check refunds. We left, went back later in the day and finally received check. We were without a stove for several days and I had to make a trip to the bank to deposit refund check. Save yourself from the aggravation and shop somewhere else.

For a small business, I'm was really impressed. Their customer service hot 5/5 for me. Delivery was on time as promised. I purchased a dryer from m this company. The staff was very informative, they asked the necessary questions, like where it's going in the house, the size of the doors for the basement and with those information, I had a smooth delivery. What stood out the most was that they had to break down my dryer and they did it with ease as my doorway was 25". The level of professionalism is something to talk about! I've found a new store to shop!
