H&R Scratch And Dent Appliances

Such an easy experience from start to finish! The young man at the store was super helpful in helping us find the right dryer and the two that delivered the dryer were fast and professional. We saved almost $300 off the retail price of the dryer and it took some time to even find the scratch. We will definitely think of H & R first the next time we need to replace a major appliance!

Our 19 year old double wall oven died last weekend and I immediately started the search for a replacement, hoping to find one second hand instead of paying thousands for a brand new one. Upon searching FB marketplace I stumbled upon a listing for almost the exact new stainless double oven I had seen in the big box retail stores but for a fraction of the cost here. I called and explained we lived an hour away and the store owner was kind enough to hold it until we got there and was very reasonable with pricing due to it having a sizable scratch/dent on it the bottom oven that he hadn’t been aware of. We got it home and were able to install it today and it heated right up upon testing it and looks great even with the dent. I have saved this seller as a favorite on FB marketplace and would make the drive again in the future if the need arises. Great place to do business with! Thank you!!
