Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia ReStore

I had a pleasant experience visiting this furniture store. The furniture selection was nice, and I was able to find exactly the couch I was looking for. The staff was friendly, helpful, and provided good customer service throughout my visit. Unfortunately, the store does not offer its own delivery service and instead uses independent contract delivery providers. For my location, the delivery costs were quite high and would have exceeded the price of the couch itself, making it impractical for me to move forward with the purchase. Overall, I liked the quality and appearance of the furniture and appreciated the courteous service. While it wasn't the right fit for my situation due to the delivery costs, others who are closer to the store or have their own transportation may have a better experience.

We have got a lot of our furniture from here, we go there frequently as it is a great resource with friendly and helpful staff. I always leave happy. Wide selection of different styles of second hand furniture (much of which looks new), also some new items, some appliances, home items and building supplies. One day they even had plants. Every hour it seems the stock changes over. If you don't see anything you like return and you will be amazed at how quickly the stock changes over. You do have to arrange for your own transportation of anything you buy but they will hold items for 3 days for you to arrange pickup. They also have cards of movers who will assist you with these items.

I have donated furniture to this organization and think it is a great place with nice people to help others. They are appreciative of all the donations received and they do a great job caring not only for the items but for you home as well. The movers are extremely careful and considerate of everything !!!!! Love donating to this cause!
