I bought an apartment sized refrigerator from them. The freezer kept building ice. They came one time but it kept happening. They ignored the rest of.my.calls. I had to buy another refrigerator because the water was running on the floor because the door wouldn't close.

I have been trying to get a call back from a technician to schedule an appointment to look at my dryer. After two weeks, no call back yet, and when I called again, they said they would leave the technician another message and I would just have to wait. I will contact another business with better service.

I wish I could rank less than one star! I’ve used this place for years, They used to be great. Within the last year, I don’t think I’ve bought one appliance that actually ended up working from them. They never stand by their warranties. And it’s almost impossible to get their maintenance guy to come out to fix anything. Personally, Andy used to be a good guy. I knew him well. However, now he literally hangs up the phone on me. Im a customer who spends about $1000 with them every month. UNREAL!

These guys are great. When none of the bigger stores could or would deliver (it was 2-3 weeks out), Andy’s was stocked and able to deliver in just two days. I recently bought my first house, and didn’t have thousands to spend on brand new appliances but they had what I wanted for a fraction of the price. Really responsive too, and genuinely nice. They also do repairs and are quick! Call these guys first
