Appliance Ambassadors

I was researching Weber BBQ's (had my last one for 25 years) and could not believe how expensive the model I wanted was. I found Marwa on FB Marketplace, and she not only was quick to respond, she also saved me over $200. It was such a pleasure dealing with her, delivery was on time and her husband was so nice and accommodating. It was a pleasure dealing with a family-owned business and being treated so professionally and kind. I highly recommend Appliance Ambassadors!!!! Thank you again!!!

Was in desperate need of fridge and wanted to save. I completely understand some of these appliance are not brand new and will have cosmetic issues. The price I got for the fridge was awesome and I didnt mind it was missing a handle (I can order that). After looking at it, opened it up I definitely wanted it. Fast forward. Delivery went smoothly as well. Couple of days later there is a large buzzing noise and I noticed pieces of the top of fridge was missing. ( didnt notice this at all before purchase)so I called spoke with a friendly person, a lady and someone came out days later to check on my concerns. Person made it seem like I could get a replacement but that fell through because when I had to follow up it was was basically I accepted all damages before I purchased. I stated I never seen that the top was missing pieces exposing wires (I would never, even with a good price) guess thats my fault for not asking them for a ladder to inspect the top of the fridge. They sent someone out for the noise issue and he stated the bottom was too close to the wall and it doesn't have enough air flow causing it to make that noise. I didnt know the installers basically had to force the bottom in. Was told someone would come out and remove molding for a better fit. Weeks later still nothing. This review is basically to inform people to look at the whole unit, top, bottom , sides make them pull it out from the wall. Have them plug it in and listen. Ask for a step stole to inspect the top of very high items. Listen Learned but I will just do Home Depot or Lowes moving forward.

This is a great company to do business with! I woke up this morning to a very warm refrigerator. After throwing away hundreds of dollars in food 😭😭😭, I looked on the Lowe's website for a new refrigerator. I found 3 models I loved, all for about $2,000 on sale. I prefer to shop local so I went to Appliance Ambassadors first and Marwa was amazing! I explained that I really needed same day delivery and she made it happen! She pointed out any markings on the floor models she showed me (honest), measured every unit to make sure it would fit in my house (thorough), and then gave me the space to make my decision with zero pressure. The guys who delivered it had to take off doors and move furniture and they did it all with the utmost care for my hardwood floors. They were friendly and professional. The price, including delivery, removal of the broken unit, and all taxes and fees was $150 LESS than the sale price at Lowe's before taxes and fees. If anyone needs a new appliance, visit here first. They are a family-owned business and just wonderful to work with. I'm so happy with my new refrigerator!
