Bought a speed queen set the washer does not work now due to bleach getting into the computer component they can't fix it so they should replace it. Been trying to contact these people since last week and no answer. I'm frustrated paid a thousand dollars for the washer alone. Now I'm stuck with a washer that don't work and still under warranty. What can I do

Friendly service, quick delivery. Bought washer and dryer combo and am very pleased with what we got. Also if you live in this port richmond area nearby the store they are a great stop because they have stuff that can fit through tiny doorways and stairways and products that are easily taken apart if you want something bigger that can fit past these tiny spaces. Would recommend for anyone nearby.

After 5 delivery attempts for a refrigerator from Home Depot I cancelled the order and tried these folks. They delivery went as scheduled. The sales people were friendly as were the delivery drivers. I would have given them 5 stars but for the following. They advertise they will neat any legitimate deal. They wouldn't. It cost me over $100 more. The drivers didn't check that everything was set up properly. The doors were misaligned and they came back and partially fixed the issue. The gap between the doors was wider at the top by a lot than the bottom and they told me they didn't know how to fix it and left. I was able to correct it myself in about 5 minutes. Bottom line is the entire process was not bad and they did deliver on time as promised. As far as price goes I was so frustrated with Home Depot I didn't care and didn't push it. Had I been in a better frame of mind I might have negotiated stronger. The delivery guys had no experience with this unit and the manual gives no help so I don't blame them for the door issue.
