I purchased a refrigerator in 2019 from them and 2026 it still works perfectly. I just brought a stand up freezer 2days ago. The customer service is the best. They brought the freezer the same day and set it up for me. My microwave went out on me. I called Today the 4th of July and they are open and going to deliver a microwave for me. The customer service is great. I'm disabled and they have gone beyond helping me. I will forever us them

Land I needs to sgut them down businesses like this should not be allowed to perate we have to start coming as a unit and make them close they shops. This forgiener comes here takes our money put lives in danger, lost of food , installation in properly shut it DOWN. I purchased two Floor modeled air conditioners the delivery guys didn't install them properly and one is leaking and the owner refused to give me one that works with out leaking or send someone to fix it properly I paid $400.00 for both air conditioner and cant use one and the other seems to run hot I still have a warranty but he refuses to uphold it.

Mr. Modi the owner appears very nice on the surface but he's only interested in keeping your money and dishonestly sending you defective appliances. I have purchased several appliances from Modi and always there had to be parts that weren't sent or missing. He would send his guy to put the part in. I purchased a stackable GE washer and dryer from him for cash. His guys came with it and unfortunately when I ran thequick wash, there was water all over my new floors. I called him and he tells me, he will send me a new one. His guys show up with a whirlpool stackable that I did not order. I told them to take it back. It is not what i ordered. I told Modi this is not what I ordered. He tells me that whirlpool is better. I told him that I ran the quick wash and it's not quick. It took about an hour. Then the dryer part also shakes and there's a stop strip hanging out. I was not pleased and Modi was so rude to me. Insisting that he sent me a better item. I asked him for a refund because it is not what I ordered. He looks down at me and says that I have up keep it. In order to make the best of the situation, I asked him to send me a GE like I had picked and I will wait. He says to me that he will buy a new one himself if he can't get one from the "warehouse" .I said ok. He called me today and said that it was in. I thanked him and said that I would stop by the store to make sure it works. I went in and Mr. Modi is sitting on his chair and says to go see his guy. I go to the back and notice that it's the same GE that he had sent me last week which was defective. I patiently wait for the worker to hook up the washer and run the quick cycle. The machine refused to go past wash. I went to .Mr. Modi who had no customer in the store but lacked the courtesy to come back and check out what was happening. I told him it's not working. He arrogantly looks at me and sends me back to check with the worker because as far He's concerned, it works. Outrageous! I go back and of course it's not cycling forward and even the workers looked confused. I said that at this time, I was out of patience. He had promised me a new GE but lied to me that he had it and tried to send the same defective appliance. I called him out on the poor and deceptive customer service. There was no reflection of American values of honesty and integrity. He thinks I am so stupid that I couldn't see that he's trying to send the same broken appliance back. I stated that he lied to me and was wasting my time and making other Africans like me look bad. He's such a narcissist and outright criminal and walked away and refused to engage me further or return my money. That is criminal! I am stuck with a product I didn't order and does not fit well in my space. It was not a new appliance there's no manuals or anything new that comes with it. He has blocked my number, stolen my money and walked out of the store. This is what our new America is becoming? I am am immigrant and my parents reinforced the American values of honesty. I never expected such treatment. Modi needs to refund my money and take the whirlpool back. Instead he had stolen my cash transaction. I hope he realizes how shady this is!!

First off my delivery was 4hrs late, so my food has being sitting out for 4 hrs. (Then was told I can't plug the new one in for another 4hrs)And I was nice enough to bring the old one down to the lawn from the 2nd fl. The communication was horrible. I kept being told 30mins when the store was only 10mins away. Their are 2 African delivery guys and they're rude as hell. My new refrigerator was dented and it stank. The delivery men had a attitude I told them they are supposed to take the old one so he kicked, flipped & through my old refrigerator all across my lawn, sidewalk and into the street then they tried to throw it into the back of there pick up and broke their door even more.
