I purchased an appliance from this place. They took two days to deliver it. When it was delivered after they promised the next day. Let’s also say my appliance didn’t work. I didn’t know until the next day. I called and the sales guy was pleasant every time. However, he had an excuse for everyday why he would come late to repair it. Long story short, the guy didn’t come until about 4 days later to repair my appliance. The next week I called a repair company because they were so bad for business. Please train the owner and the sales rep to stop putting bad appliances out there. It’s not good customer service etiquette. They were pleasant but they weren’t honest.

This has got to be the worst "business" ever. They are really quick to make a sale and promise they''ll' clean up, fix up or whatever needs to be done, BUT!!!, never ever do as they say, No SHOW!!! The sales person...Joe, has no integrity what so ever! I guess he follows after his employer. Called them for days after they delivered a broken stove and now they wont return calls, wont show up . THIEVES and their "word" means absolutely nothing. DON'T GO THERE FOR ANYTHING!!!!! They ought to be shut down!!!!!!!! The funny thing is... that in life everything is reciprocal.

I was sold a washer and dryer and the dryer doesn't work. I've called multiple times to have it fixed before the 30-day warranty is up which implies if it product doesn't work he will come out and fix it or replace it before the 30 days is up. I've called multiple times and he's always in route to me and never shows up. Every time I talk to him the next day he has an excuse of why he doesn't show either he lost my number or he got jumped. I've been calling him for the last two weeks. I will highly suggest that no one buys any product from this guy he seems to be a liar and a hustler. And it's funny before he left my house after installing the dryer he told me not to use it for a while because I needed a certain part. I guess he figured I would not test the dryer myself to see if it was working or not. This place is a scam and I highly suggest not to shop here.

They sold me a stove that did not work. Then I figured since they have a 90 day warranty that was good however they would not replace it or fix it. They messed up my Christmas and new yr. I gave them my gift money thinking it was more important to cook and have a working stove but that did not happen. The guy Joe stop taking my call and text after he said he was going to replace it and never showed up. Don't go there. Im hard working mother that they took my money and gave me a bad stove.
