I would never purchase from the store. AVOID AT ALL COST. If the item breaks they will not fix it; they will refer you to a repair man who does not speak english and will not keep there appointments and attempt to charge you even if you have a warranty. Also they took the old refrigerator they were dispose into my basement and left it never removed it as agreed. Im stuck trying to find someone to remove it. They will give you alot of promises and slick talk but not ultimately keep there word or honor there warranty.

This place is horrible. The way they speak to their customers is ridiculous . I’ve bought 3 appliances from them and they were all broken. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because they said they would come out fix what I needed fixed, but after months of being jerked around he now claims he doesn’t remember what we spoke about. I had to come out of pocket to get my items fixed because of their negligence. This is not the place to go.

I had got a washer and dryer from them. The washer worked perfectly fine and still due to this day. My dryer has the wrong outlet. They told me they can just do a swap out. It been over three months and I still have not came back to swap out the dryer for the correct one I called numerous times no answer. I went to the store numerous times re-gave them my address and phone number and every time they pointed out the Dryer that they were bringing that’s showing me that is still there. They just been extremely busy most recently went to the store. They even gave me an exact date he put my name number and address on the dryer and said it’ll be delivered Friday. They never called. They didn’t answer their phone and never was delivered. Basically, I have a dryer that I can’t use a

If you’re thinking about purchasing an appliance, especially a refrigerator, from Batista Appliances, I strongly advise against it. During my initial visit to the store, I saw a fridge that appeared to be in good working condition. However, once it was delivered to my home, the problems began. I followed their instructions and waited the recommended two hours before plugging it in, but the refrigerator section never began cooling, only the freezer worked properly. I attempted to call the store multiple times, but no one answered. This immediately raised red flags. How can a legitimate business consistently fail to answer their phone? I eventually reached someone using a different number listed on the receipt. Unfortunately, the person I spoke with seemed evasive, promised to call me back, and never did. I made several in-person visits to the store to follow up. One employee assured me that a technician would come to inspect the fridge, but no one ever showed up or contacted me. On a later visit, another staff member claimed someone had already come to my home and called once without leaving a voicemail. That alone was concerning, why would someone show up unannounced and not follow up properly? I continued trying to resolve the issue, but each time I was told they would come out again, and each time they failed to show. The entire experience was extremely unprofessional and frustrating. At this point, I honestly believe it’s far less stressful and more reliable to buy a new appliance from a reputable retailer like Home Depot. Batista Appliances may make their products look functional in-store, but once those appliances are delivered, issues seem to surface and the customer service is virtually nonexistent
