Big Don Edwards

Joe Edwards is a super nice guy and all the guys that work here are great. I just purchased my 2nd used dryer from them in Jan. with no issues and the previous used dryer from them lasted me over 10 years. It actually still works. I also have also purchased 2 brand new AC units from them in the past (Del. Val. Appliances) and those are still working fine as well. There's no reason to go to Lowes or the Depot when you can buy quality stuff here cheaper.

We just had Justin the technician come out to look at the dryer! I received a text from Justin this morning saying good morning and letting me know he was 15 minutes out from my house. He let me know when he arrived. I met him at the door and his demeanor was very friendly, and he was very knowledgeable about the products. After we spoke I decided instead of fixing it I would go to the store to get a new dryer. We didn’t really like the dryer regardless so I feel a new one is best. Justin was amazing and we definitely will be doing business with you guys again. We are actually coming to the store tomorrow to look at dryers. Thank you to you and your team so much. Also the lady I spoke to on the phone yesterday about the appointment was very pleasant and helped to make the overall experience phenomenal. Thank you again! Update we had them come out to replace our dryer. I was on a zoom call for work when they got here. I was able to go up to my office to finish my work while they handled everything. The dryer is amazing and so was the service. We will definitely be back Thank you again

I spent over 500.00 on a used Refrigerator the magnet on the refrigerator door was broken. Also, the refrigerator motor died six months later I spoke to the owner who told me when you buy a used appliance they only give you a 60 day warranty and then they are not responsible for anything that happens after 60 days also, the refrigerator repair man that Don sent said the price of a new motor would be almost the same price as a new refrigerator. Don then offered to give me a discount on another refrigerator as if I would give him anymore of my money. I wouldn’t recommend anybody buy anything from him!
