Buchon Appliance

This place is ripe off!! I spend 560$ for used refrigerator. The appliance is two door black fridge & nice looking condition. I thought it was great deal. I buy less than year ago. Im so upset ever since i got fridge i had to get technician come fix it it was either filter needed replacing. Something like freeon gas less than year . i need 3 different people to come and fix . It’s not worth it buy use appliance never again !!

Have purchased two appliances so far, they dealt with the pretty minor issue we had with a washer without issue within the week of purchase and sold us a pretty solid LG fridge as well. I'd buy again from them assuming you understand what a used appliance is and that they can occasionally have issues. (that this store seems to be fine at dealing with)

I was sold a defective refrigerator with a 90 day warranty they came out to service the thing 3 times but never fixed the issue the just gave the thing a Freon boost and in doing so it gave the illusion that they fixed it each time because it would work right for a while and then they’d have to come out again so now because the did not Fix the problem the 90 day wait over and the fridge is now worst off will not get cold or even freeze . Called outside tech to look at it to be told had they have fixed it it would’ve been fine now it’s to late

One of the worst places (local small business) I tried to give business… Washer lasted 8 months. They gave me a 90 day warranty. I went back to just ask for a repair, and was offered a different washer at full price and was told a repair couldn’t be done. The owner wouldn’t even come from the rear to speak to me. And both employees acted like they couldn’t speak good English! Never go there! All refurbished garbage! Pics are from a leaking part on the front motor
