NO RECOMMENDED, Very bad quality and bad service. I bought a few stoves and refrigerators, three of them had problems within 4 months, I contacted them to fix it, the lady gave me very bad attitude, a very bad after-sale service. The repair cost was not only expensive, but it also is replacing parts with used ones and only one month guarantee. Bad experience, no more deal with them.

Owners were nice and helpful. Purchased an oven and so far everything in working order. Hopefully stays that way.

Great experience with this seller — they delivered the same day! They’re patient, honest, and willing to answer any questions I had even after my fridge was delivered. Highly recommended!

Glass broke after install. Owner will not honor warranty. Should have read reviews before buying. So sad, I loved this oven. Oven should be solid enough for normal install movement. Won't even give store credit. Don't waste your money here. Likely the screws were screwed too tight after cleaning it for sale. No reason for glass to explode like that unless under pressure. Tried to say we broke it on purpose, just to mess with him. Don't waste your money here.

Great prices for used, refurbished appliances. Some signs of wear and light stains are noticeable, but not necessarily a deal breaker. However after already making the purchase, I later discovered noticeable buildup of dirt on the back panel, suggesting years of prior use and inadequate cleaning during the refurbishment process. In my experience, these appliances tend to last just long enough to exceed the 90-day warranty period before problems begin to surface. I purchased two refrigerators from them, and both developed issues shortly after three months of use. One had a faulty gasket, while the other suffered from a failed compressor. Don’t expect long-term reliability from their appliances. Edit: I did call them, but they require payment to send a repair technician to come take a look at it, and possibly perform repairs at an additional cost. Really not worth the hassle at this point. I'd recommend looking into other stores that offer better warranty terms.
