It’s sad to see such a negative comment about a delivery where the guys went above and beyond. If you see the Facebook video of the guys moving these heavy, almost 300 pound refrigerators through this little opening, you will be amazed at their precision and care. Personally I would be so grateful that I was able to have the refrigerator delivered that I wanted thanks to their skill and planning. Sometimes people forget about the planning that needs to go on behind the scenes to make something like that work and go as smoothly as it did. Most places out there would have never even touched this job. I have used this company numerous times and they have always done a fantastic job. The delivery crews are always professional and do a great job and are always so friendly. Great work guys keep it up. I bet you make your boss proud!

Wait to add- they did not spend HOURS to try and help. They spent at most a hour and a half. Still wouldn’t enforce even with your detailed measurements of my door frame. LOL Also, I have freedom of speech and am allowed to leave an honest review. Don’t tell me you’re disappointed I left a bad review. Be disappointed in your employees. Also- the woman in the warehouse was nice and accommodating. I did forget to state that. Quoted me a price for delivery. Came and guys took one door off hinges, couldn’t fit it and didn’t put door back on correctly. I had to pay an extra $250 to have it delivered the next day. That’s on top of the $60 delivery I was quoted. They never fixed my door. I’d never go back, nor endorse.

Easiest appliance purchase ever! The salesperson did a great job explaining all the options for dishwashers and pros & cons of each feature. He was not pushy at all, and in fact discouraged us from the high-end brand (Bosch) based on his experience with reliability and repair costs (we went with a KitchenAid). They pledge to match/beat any price you find online. The installers arrived on time, were super-nice, and installed the unit (and hauled away the old one) very efficiently. Overall, a great experience - shop local!

I needed a new dishwasher and refrigerator. I gave them my preferences and they gave me options to choose from. I did my research and let them know what I wanted and I had new appliances within a day. Amazing delivery service, too. They made sure the appliances ran, were level, and removed the old ones. Easy peasy process, great prices, great communication, and I love the new fridge and dishwasher. 5 ⭐️

Donald and staff made shopping for my new washer and dryer so easy. They showed me great options and explained all the features for each model. The prices were the best around too. The delivery crew, Chris and Kg were top notch! They were careful when bringing them into my house and installing them. They made sure I was happy with everything and showed me how to work both units. From the start to the end, the professionalism, the kindness and the expertise from the staff at the store to the delivery guys was absolutely the best. If I could give more than five stars I would. I will definitely be back to buy more Appliances.
