Gerhard's Appliances

Gerhard's Appliances was the only store that had the appliance I was interested in buying that could be delivered to me in a reasonable time period. Gerhard's also has a good selection to choose from. For any future appliance I may need I will return to Gerhard's. Jason was also very helpful in showing me the features of the model I purchased. I would recommend highly Gerhard's Appliances.

This hasn’t been the best experience at all. 1st off they had the wrong address, I called the store to tell them this, and the representative I spoke to (Jordan) was rude and acted like it was a problem that (he) wrote the wrong address. I was professional but he took me right out of that mindset with his apparent attitude. Fast forward to the next day, (day of delivery) turns out he ONCE AGAIN wrote my address wrong and the delivery people got lost!!! Thankfully I speak Spanish because the delivery people didn’t speak very good English. I was able to direct them to my house and finally got the appliance a brought. Needless to say this business will no longer get anymore from me or anyone I know. We all make mistakes, I was willing to let that be, but even in baseball you only get 3 strikes.

My first time going to Gerhard’s on Roosevelt blvd to look for a new refrigerator. I was greeted by, Jordan Harris. He immediately helped me. He showed me what would fit in my space. He showed me an open box on the floor. He gave me the prices and printed out the two I was interested in. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He went out of his way to help me. I said I would like to think about my options. I called him and left a message saying I wanted to purchase a model. He immediately returned my call. I purchased the refrigerator over the phone! Easy purchase. If you ever need an appliance, I highly recommend you ask for Jordan Harris. You’ll be in good hands, It was such a pleasure doing business with Jordan Harris. Thank you 😊
