As a real estate business owner, I am always on the lookout for a good place to pick up appliances as it is a monthly thing. Happy to have stumbled across this location and have been using them for years for all of my appliance needs. If they sell you an appliance and it breaks after several months, they will have one of their people come and fix free of charge. Great customer service. The owner, while serious and fair, is a fun person to interact with and will work with you on finding the appliance you need.

I purchased a refrigerator on April 8, 2021 and I was told that I have a 3 month warranty and if anything was to happen to it they would come out and repair it. Well 2 months after having my refrigerator it started leaking water out of it, I’ve called the appliance store multiple times and they NEVER answer, I’ve gone in the store twice and all they do is ask for your name number and address and tell you someone will be out but they NEVER call or come out. They are unprofessional, I spent $225 for this used refrigerator with a 3 month warranty and they have yet to service me. I feel like they are trying to wait until my warranty expires so they don’t have to repair anything. I have 14 days left until my warranty expires, we’ll see what happens. I would never purchase another item from them again. 9/16/2021 Update: they finally came out to fix my refrigerator a week after my warranty expired (free of charge). It stopped leaking for a little while before the leakage started again. I tried contacting them but no response because they never answer the phone. Here it is five months after my purchase (Sept. 2021) and I’m still having the same problem with no help. I guess I’ll have to go to a real appliance store and purchase a refrigerator that works and is worth my money.
