Poor Customer Service and Unprofessional tech. We had them come check out our fridge. Paid $100 what a waste. Tech showed up and took a 1 min look at the fridge. He had ear buds in listening to extremely loud music/podcast and had issues completing sentences due to the distraction in his ears. He told us the defrost system was malfunctioning and it needed to be replaced. Gave us a quote for $550, after deciding to have them fix it they later called and said it would be $650 instead due to an error on their end. They would not honor the quoted price. I ended up going with a different vendor to have the parts replaced and the problem still exists. Worthless service, do not recommend.

We've used John's for almost 30 years with great outcomes and no problems. They were recently sold and, unfortunately, the business is no longer a friendly, competent entity. They try to sell defective, used appliances with no intention of following through on their good will. I highly advise against using their services, as they no longer have the integrity they used to. The new owner seems to be concerned with nothing other than making money regardless of the consequences.

First time using this appliance store today and the experience was great! I knew what I wanted, called for the price, they had it at my house first thing the next morning. Their price on the product with removal & haul away was better than competitors, and everyone I dealt with was super nice. The delivery guys also made 100% sure my product was working without issue prior to leaving.

Simply awesome. I was able to get an appointment to diagnose my washer within a day and when the repair bill crept up we were able to replace it within a week. The installers were mindful about the stairs and walls (they'd been in our complex before and knew what needed to get done) and when we had an odd hurdle I was able to suggest a workaround which did the trick! We have another appliance on our short list for replacement in 2025 so we will definitely give John's a call to see if they can give us a good price! Support your local small businesses!

John's appliance Center was wonderful! My oven broke and many of the ovens that I was interested in purchasing from the big brand stores were on backorder until Feb, March or April. And since my electric stove was hardwired, many would not install without an outlet. When I heard from a friend about John's, I went in and explained what I was looking for. They printed 4 different options for me to select from. After going home with the print outs and reviewing, I selected one and ordered. I ordered on a Friday afternoon, and install was completed the following Tuesday without needing an electrician. Very Reasonably priced and great customer Service! Would highly recommend!
