Had a good experience when purchasing my new washer and dryer. Rob Edinger was knowledgeable and helped finalize my decision by giving me extra information about the machines. Today Bryan and Shane took away my old appliances, delivered and set up my new ones in minutes. They tested them and answered my questions. The experience was SO much better than my last washer purchase from one of those BIG BOX stores. So happy we patronize a family owned business within our community!

I have been a customer at Matterns for the last few years. After some serious on line searching it came down to Matterns. Their prices were the best around. Their service desk has always been upfront on pricing honest and helpful. Their installation crew is courteous polite and trustworthy. I have always felt comfortable and safe having them in my home. I recently purchased a new oven and dishwasher from them. I am thinking about a new range top and will certainly return to them. Go and talk to them. After unsuccessfully trying to get a stacked washer dryer installed from Lowe’s (twice), I went to our local appliances-only specialists, Matterns on Ridge Pike in Eagleville. It was a challenging fit into an upstairs closet. Their tech, Brian, did a great job figuring the exact measurements after which he and Robert determined which machine would work best. So, after two months without laundry facilities in my own home, I’m back in business! Big box stores are ok for simple replacements; this was not one of those. Their selection and services are reliable and fairly priced. Highly recommend Matterns.

From start to finish, Matterns was amazing. Rob helped us figure out the best appliances for our kitchen with its small layout, in our preferred GE brand. On installation day, the 2 guys were incredible. Not once did they complain about coming up to the second floor in our building. They got to work, cleaned up as they went along, tested everything, and didn't leave until I was satisfied I knew how to use the new kitchen appliances. Highly recommend from start to finish. Prices were very competitive with any of the bigger stores, if not better. Shop local, it's better for communities! Thank you Rob and team.
