My car battery died on the side of a busy street in the city. One of the technicians pulled over and was so gracious to give me a jump so that I could get back home and get the battery changed out. He certainly did not have to do that, but totally saved my day and restored my faith in humanity that there are still great people in the world. I am so very grateful to this gentleman that stopped. I wish I had gotten his name, but thank you very much.

Super easy to schedule. Someone was able to come right away. Sean (sp?) was knowledgeable and if there was something he wasn’t sure about he seemed to have a team he could call and lean on. Came out for a refrigerator issue, let us down gently. Was able to make solid recommendations and even chat with me about how to best care for other appliances. I found the rate to be a little higher than a couple other company’s, I do think it was worth it and would use again! Especially if it was Sean!

Angel Gonzalez was very knowledgeable of our repair needed for our GE Profile double wall oven. He even double checked with his boss, during the diagnostic visit, that he was correct about the part needed. His customer service was excellent. Angel checked the operation of the new touch pad to ensure it was in working order before he left! The main office also has good staff working there to ensure your needs are met- Gabby, Mike most recently, and others.
