this company is nothing short of predatory. repair costs and part markup is so outrageous your better off buying a new appliance. Had someone come out for a leaking valve on a 4 year old LG washer (to be fair, the repair man Tom is great. so this isnt meant toward him). I found the OEM part from LG's official website for $72. Mr. Appliance wanted to charge me nearly $200 for it. the part takes aprox. 10 minutes to install (most of which time is just removing some screws). total bill with service fees, markups, taxes and whatever else they can throw on there was nearing $600! more than the washer costs! and they get away with this because people are desperate. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone with these kind of practices. I should also state that after hearing this outrageous cost, i refused service. though your still expected to pay the also outrageous $150 service fee. if you value your money and dont want to be ripped off, STAY AWAY! *RESPONSE TO MR. APPLIANCE I am sure everyone reading this can see the gaslighting taking place here. I own a very successful 3d printing and prototyping company, so please dont list off the things your markups cover as a justification for a near 500% markup of both parts and services. your claim of "professionally acquired parts" is a joke as i stated the the OEM part directly from LG is only $72. so an extra $120 fee to "professionally acquire" it is nothing more than cash grab at your customers expense. the job itself is literally a 10 minute swap so unless your paying your technicians $400/hour, your insane service fee is also a disgusting price gouge to your customers. I just hope enough people see this review to think twice before allowing you to take advantage of anyone else.

Great communication from scheduling to the actual service. Our tech Tom was able to diagnose the 2 separate issues we were having with both of our under the counter ice maker quickly and explained all of our options to repair/replace our appliances. We decided to have Tom make the repairs. Tom came back to our property after the parts had arrived and made the repairs quickly and left the work area clean when he left. Will definitely use this company again and will ask for Tom.

Had Mr Appliance out again for a cooktop and dryer repair. Tom came out and was terrific. He is very knowledgeable and extremely polite. He explained everything to my husband and I. He was efficient and the work was above par. Highly recommend this company- and Tom! Thank you!
