The next-day installation was incredibly fast, and the installers, Greg and Ray, were outstanding. They were polite, professional, and did a phenomenal job getting everything set up perfectly. We are getting our kitchen done and needed all new appliances. My daughter suggested Petrillo’s, so off we went. This is a family owned business with the nicest and most knowledgeable people! Brett had so much information about what we wanted and needed, it was amazing! We met the owner, Mark and the rest of the staff too. I felt like I had known them forever. We did buy all our appliances at Petrillo’s and when our kitchen is ready they will come and install them too. When we left, my husband said that it was the best experience ever and I totally agreed. I called James and told him my Washer died after 10 years and I wanted a new one. He wanted to save me some money and talked about going the route of fixing it, but I was adamant about getting a new SpeedQueen TR7 and got one delivered to me almost immediately. I never even stepped foot in his store. The guys unboxed it in front of me and brought it in the house, we all noticed there was a dent on the back corner. The guys took it out of the house and brought me another one very quickly. That is service! I have been buying appliances from this small appliance store for over 20 years. Their prices are fair and their service is excellent. It may be a small store but they're big in knowledge and customer satisfaction. Thank you James, Brett and the two delivery guys!

Petrillo’s is the BEST!!!! We’ve bought a dishwasher and fridge from them in the past year and delivery is always seamless. The guys are always so kind and do a great job and they leave everything unscathed. James is excellent and so helpful, and he even fit us into a packed day for next day delivery when our fridge died. Also, when our contractors scratched the face of our brand new dishwasher, Brett (installation) was able to replace it and re-installed it when our contractors didn’t have it in correctly. Brett’s been to my house 3 times now and is happy to answer all of my questions. We don’t trust anyone else to do it right!
