Roaches! I hate that I had to give it a star! They sold me a broken refrigerator after I explained to them I have numerous children while joking about the size of the refrigerator. The guy came and “acted” as if he was fixing it and told me the problem was solved. Later the same day the refrigerator nor the freezer was getting cold. I also believe the refrigerator was infested with roaches because I’m starting to see them in my kitchen and I’ve only lived there for 17 days. I want my money back I don’t want a replacement. Don’t be surprised if you see this property on the news. I’m going to Sue them if they don’t give me every dime back! They breached the policy when they sold me a broken refrigerator. Would not recommend!!!

I would give this business 0 stars if I could! BE WARNED these guys KNOWINGLY sell broke appliances! 1. The fridge came dirty it had an unpleasant odor and yellow grease stains in it (i had to bleach and clean with baking soda which took a whole day) 2. The fridge part was barely colder than room temperature. And had heavy water leaking! Most of my food went bad waiting for this guy to do something. 3. When i tried to return it the owner (older fellow you see in the store) knew what the fridges problem was before i explained it! 🤔 so this guy knew what problem it had before selling it to me. 4. He avidly wouldnt give me a refund but told me he would swap the fridge if It fails to work after repairs. 5. I called and called NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE! I had to come back to this store in person an additional 3x just to get my problem resolved. In a process spanning close to 2 months. 6. After being repaired it continued to have the exact problem but the owner "REFUSED" to swap it out! 7. He finally came back out after numerous cancelled appointments & avoiding my calls. He put freon in the fridge, removed a blockage in the drain system, scraped the dirt off the coils & replaced the broken computer chip in the fridge. Now my fridge is finally working!! But heres a thought... WHY DONT YOU FIX THE FRIDGES BEFORE YOU SELL THEM TO PEOPLE?? 💡💡 Do yourself a favor and avoid this place! Its a waste of money, waste of food and definitely a waste of time!!

Usually dont do the review thing. But bought a fridge dishwasher and oven couple of months back. Oven broke in about a week. Good luck trying to get ahold of the guy. Defenitly does not offer anything to help repair or replace the appliance. Even though I was within my warranty period. Defenitly overpaid as well. Tried calling and texting numerous times but have not heard anything from him, only heard back from the delivery person who still says the owner will call me back. Lol that was about a month ago.

Bought a fridge from here. Gives you a 3 month warranty and within those 3 months my fridge broke down twice. The owner refused to exchange it for another despite saying he would after the first time it broke down. The 3 month warranty is over and my fridge has broken down again. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Definitely don’t do business here.
