I purchased matching washer and dryer three years ago. I visited the store and was satisfied with the service and appliances. My washer ceased functioning after three years of use. I have no regrets. I understood when I made my purchase that it was pre-owned. I went back again and acquired another pre-owned washer. So far so good

I am very disappointing in this place. I bought a used dryer and in 41 days I was having problems with it. It had a 30 day warranty and I try to contact them and say could someone come out and service because it’s only been 10 days over the 30 days and the sad part about it is I end up needing a washer so I was going to purchase the washer for them from them as well they’re not gonna service it I have to pay for it so I’m taking my business somewhere else. It’s sad I paid $240 for a dryer to work for 40 days is very upsetting me they could have worked with me is the fact that I was willing to purchase again is a reason you should have looked into the dryer knowing I only brought it 40 days ago 10 days shy of the 30 day mark off very very, very disappointing. Hope this helps you they do not do good business.

This place is trash, Google made me put 1 star, should be no stars. They are some very very unprofessional people with zero business sense. They will be very nice and smile in your face before your purchase but once you purchase, forget about it. I bought a washer and dryer from here which they were supposed to install when they delivered. Not only did they not install it, the washer machine was not working properly. It's been several months, countless phone calls and even a in person visit and they have not come to replace or repair but when the machine finally went after flooding whiloff, my wife called cursing them out and again more promises made that were not kept. May have to go with some legal on this one if they do not give our money back. So this isn't a warning, I'm tell you, DO NOT BUY HERE.

This place is selling broken equipment. I purchased a fridge from here and less than 3 months later it won't stay cool. Paid to have someone look at it, they said it's losing freon. Fridges don't lose freon unless there's a leak meaning they sold me a broken fridge. The salesperson told me there was a 3 month warranty however when we go back to the store they say the warranty is only 2 months. This is the type of thing that happens when you try to spend your money in the community, they take advantage of you. The owner has 2 options, repair my broken refrigerator or get sued in court. I assume he'll make the right choice. The irony of the entire situation is that this business is supposed to also repair appliances. Why not just send your guy out and repair the lemon you sold us?
