Ray's Appliances

This was the first and last time I’ll use Ray’s. I was installing a washer and dryer in conshy and figured I would give the “local family business” a try. I paid $1,200 for a washer and dryer. The drain hose they gave me was clearly too short, when I called and asked for a longer one they wanted to charge me. Not sure how this hose would reach any wash box, it barely reached the top of the washer. My father is a contractor that does a lot of kitchens in the area, let’s just say we won’t be sending any customers there for appliances.

I purchased a refrigerator and a gas stove on a Saturday and it was delivered by Thursday. I was charged for a third delivery person since there was a possibility that the appliances would have to be carried horizontally into my kitchen. Luckily the 3rd person figured out that they could get everything in without lifting over my counter. The delivery guys Jon, Calvin and Matt were terrific. They were extremely careful. Installation went smoothly. Good experience!

Phenomenal service, fair and competitive prices, courteous and knowledgeable staff and installers. Will definitely use them in the future. I purchased a washer and dryer combo and I absolutely love them. I wish I had remembered names to thank each person individually. But literally everyone was great and I have zero complaints. I am really glad I found this retailer. 😊
