Renewed Appliances

I purchased a used washer and dryer from Mr. Kareem here, and the entire interaction was pleasant and professional. Marquis and another guy (didn’t get his name) did an incredible and difficult delivery! We had to take 3 old machines out of my basement window and install the 2 new ones. Originally, the new washer needed a new transmission. Kareem came out after work hours and fixed everything. I’ve been running laundry almost non-stop for 2 weeks with these machines and I have zero complaints. Wonderful place! I will need a new fridge soon and I will get all my future appliance needs here. Thank you for being such great gentlemen!!

I've been calling for MONTHS TO GET MY WASHER AND DRYER FIXED AS WELL AS A STOVE THATS BEEN BROKEN FOR MONTHS!!! Someone who answers the phone keeps telling me someone will get back to me and they NEVERRRR DO. Someone was supposed to come after they serviced another client down south philly and never came. I WANT MY DAMN MONEY BACK HONESTLY

I bought a stackable washer and dryer and the washer is leaking . The owner keeps telling me that he is going to fix it but I have to keep calling him and he keeps giving me excuses after excuses. Think he is waiting for the warranty to expire so that he doesn’t have to fix it or replace it. I’m tired of hearing his excuses, so I’m just going to take him to court.

This place is a horrible i brought stuff from here and it broke the owner is not reliable at all he was suppose to fix the issues for months and never did every time i called him he reassured me he would be out and never came. If you sell faulty appliances, you should be willing and available to your customers when needed! He has been called several times, claimed he was on his way to me and never showed up. This isn’t the first time the refrigerator washer or stove has broken, but it was definitely the last cause i broke down and brought new items. Do not buy here if you want quality appliances AND top tier customer service. He isn’t reliable and careless about the burden he puts on customers selling them these faulty appliances.
