Well my husband ordered a stove and was told it would be delivered next day which it wasn’t but it did snow later that night. Finally got delivered on Tuesday after my husband told them if it wasn’t here by 12 pm on Tuesday we was coming for a refund. I just feel like if they can’t meet next day delivery needs don’t offer it. Other than that it was a cool and easy process. Reading the reviews can be scary especially considering the owner said his own business should be shutdown already lol. Now if this stove don’t work we will be back lol. It does have a 90 day warranty.

Please don’t waste your energy spending your money with these unprofessional, how you sell someone a stove that don’t work, and then you take about a week and half to deliver it, when you were told it would be delivered the same day it was paid for. When you call you may not get an answer, and if they answer you may be told to hold and no one come back to the phone, you on hold for 30 minutes or more, or you told your stove is going to be delivered in few, no one ever shows up. Horrible, very unprofessional, the stove wasn’t working right, they said a part had to be ordered 😳I told them come get their stove and yes the money was returned.

Terrible business practices! Zero communication with paying customers!!! Sold my mom’s landlord a midsized used white refrigerator. It took from December to March to get this piece of garbage! Only for it to not work within one week! She went there for him to come repair it because he would not answer his phone!!! BUYERS BEWARE🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫Don’t buy any appliances from here, it’s waste of money!!!

They get a ZERO rating…that one star was forced. I don’t do reviews but listen this situation needed one. DONT buy anything from here! If I would’ve checked the reviews …I would have never bought anything from them. I purchased a side by side refrigerator that was working in there store when I bought it. No signs of issues which I’m thinking they tamper with ish. Thought that was the smartest move I could make atleast taking my chances on a used appliance which I’ve never done before. Since day one of delivery!! HAS NOT worked right and like some other people said!!! You pretty much have to stalk them to get help. The delivery guy even called and told him it wasn’t working right and the owner clearly said “ mannn just drop it and leave it” He didn’t know he was on speaker. At that moment I knew I was played. But my faith helped me stay patient. I’m now trying to work something out to just buy a new one or travel out to the county for a better quality used appliance. The good reviews you see on here are them scamming for sure again. They don’t do good business and it’s clear.
