Rock Bottom Mattress & Appliances

This is a horrible place!! I'm a landlord and I purchased a stove from this business. The stove died with in months. However I had a one year warranty. Normally it is 2 month because I was a landlord the owner say I'll gi e you a year! Ok great!!After, roughly 15 calls to this place because the attendant works only on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday would say their going to deliver the stove the next day. Week 1 no delivery, week 2 no delivery. Week three no delivery! Be mindful each week I talked to the office manager and they promised the delivery. Well week 4 finally after threat of suing and speaking with the owner they delivered it on a Saturday morning 6 guys come to deliver and install the stove. What do you know that stove was broke as well! They said we will back monday morning to fix it. Guess WHAT!! NOT ONE PERSON SHOWED! I make my way to the office and they tell me the warranty has been voided because the tenant broke the handle. Tell me, the handle is broke and it is under warranty should that be fixed as well. I said give my money back and I'll purchase a stove from someone who takes their business seriously!! Stay AWAY From THIS PLACE. IT WILL SAVE YOU HEADACHES!!

I went on 4/30/21 looking for a small washing machine (on the right) & found it so this is the 2nd washing machine & I also brought a dryer 4 years ago (on the left) from here and its still working. Ms. Lauren was helpful from start to finish, she set up for my delivery to be on 5/3/21. I received a phone when my washing machine was being loaded on the truck for delivery. When the guys arrived they had mask on & was very professional from start to finish they even ran the washing machine for me to make sure it was working right. After I cleaned it out myself I did four loads of clothes with no problem. My washing machine is so quick and quiet I love it.

Good story about this store went to buy a washer recently that washer was 199 $ when i went to buy the washer i requested cash on delivery when driver arrived couldn't find the keys to my room to get my money the manager was very professional and nice he decided to let me keep the washer until i get my money the next day. Want to thank them for being understandable regarding the situation. I recommend roc bottom appliances to all future buyers

Rude & Arrogant! When they said Rock Bottom they meant it, Trully Rock Bottom Service at it's Worst!!! Manager went from Dr. Jekyll Mr. Hyde! He lied about same day delivery over the phone told me if i get there by 3:30pm He would honor his manager special along with same day delivery. Meanwhile he failed to convey the meassage to his workers but I still was told if that's what the manager said then it would be honored and I was to be expecting delivery within an hour and would receive a call when delivery was on its way. However, 30 mins later I received a call stating rescheduled delivery. After speaking to manager he bacame very irate and denied his offer on our agreement. I even calmly mentioned a day later is not the problem it was the fact he didn't apologize and how he conducted business was just wrong and spoke volumes about his character he disregarded my feelings and ended by u can come get refund. Need I mention I found same item at nearby local retailer for same price that he claims is his manager special along with superb customer service.
