I purchased a washer from Lake's and it arrived today as scheduled. I cannot explain how appreciative I am with not only the purchasing and delivery scheduling but the crew that did the delivery and installation. The team went over and above getting the washer into the area needed. I could not have asked for more. Shop local, buy locale and call Lake's!

Purchased a GE refrigerator that I researched prior to going in the store. They gave me a good competitive price. Purchased the extended warranty after clarification that I get half the cost back after the warranty period was over if the service wasn't used. A no brainer. Had the refrigerator delivered today, earlier than anticipated with advanced notice as suggested. The delivery men were very well versed in removing the old one. And very knowledgeable and diligent in delivering the new one considering there were a few obstacles. They were courteous and detailed. The best delivery men I ever experienced in this day and age. Needless to say Lakes will be my go to appliance dealer from now on.

I bought a washer last month from Lakes and paid to have it installed and the old washer taken away. The team that did this did not have a long enough hose to hook up the washer . After 4 or 5 days another team brought the correct length hose and I was billed 130$ for another service call. Also on the bill was a 50$ charge for a a hose that home depot charges 15$ After a very disturbing and uncomfortable conversation at the store, the 2nd service charge was waived and I was charge 15$ for the hose. Almost all my appliances in my home are from Lakes. I will certainly rethink my future purchases

We bought an entire set of new kitchen appliances from Lakes this past December. Berry was great and answered all of our questions. Prices were fabulous and everything was delivered within the week. Delivery employees were easy to talk to and did everything quickly and efficiently. Even moved our old fridge into our garage for us. We will be back when we have the money for a new washer and dryer!
