This is by far the worst appliance service I’ve ever dealt with. I scheduled them to repair my washing machine, and not only did they fail to fix it, they actually left it in pieces, tilted against the wall, full of water with wet clothes still inside. Instead of taking responsibility, they told me it “wasn’t their fault” that they couldn’t fix it, yet still charged me for coming out. To top it off, they handed me a so-called three-month warranty that means nothing since I still did not receive the full amount of money back that was paid and the washer was never repaired in the first place.
The level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability is unbelievable. They left my home with a bigger mess and no working washer, and I’m out money for absolutely nothing. Save yourself the frustration—do not use this company. Take your business over to Danny’s appliance that’s 5 star service
