Knew it was the right decision… seamless and quick sale by phone, immediate and accurate follow up over email, our delivery and installation happened smoothly and we are much happier now. Everyone at the Cranston store was absolutely wonderful. I had a space that concerned me to install my new washer in because of the door frame. I gave Amy all of the dimensions pertaining to the installation, and she passed it to the delivery manager. Everything went seamlessly, and the two delivery men were super nice and professional. If I need appliances in the future - I will definitely go to Wickford Appliance. The experience was SO much better than dealing with a large chain of appliance providers. Huge difference! I’m relatively new to the area, so I asked around about appliance dealers. Wickford Appliance got high marks from several people I spoke to. They have a good reputation for service. I knew what model of washing machine I wanted when I walked into the store. The sales team was very helpful and responsive and got me through the transaction quickly. I was buying a high-end brand that is seldom discounted or on sale, so price was not a major factor in my selection of Wickford. I was able to get delivery within two days, which met my needs perfectly. Delivery was fast, efficient, courteous, and trouble free. I will be back to Wickford Appliance!
