Atomic Appliance

Was told my washer and drier would be here on a Wednesday. When I called to find out why he never called or showed up he said he would deliver an had then set to the side he was just backed up with orders. I did not receive it by the weekend. I went to see what happened he was very rude and ignorant he yelled he never said he was delivering the appliances. I would NEVER recommend doing business with him EVER! Zero professionalism. I didn’t even wana give him ONE STAR! ZERO STARS!

Everything about this experience was ideal. After getting screwed around by a big box store for several weeks, I went to Atomic Appliance and had my oven within days. Friendly, professional, honest, fast, thorough, transparent, knowledgeable... I can’t say enough good things about this experience. I will recommend this store to all of my friends and family. The company they used for install was outstanding as well. Anytime I need an appliance, I will go see Joel at Atomic.

When I bought my home in 2010, I bought every single appliance from Joel (oven/range, dish washer, fridge, washer and dryer, and microwave). Since then I have bought additional appliances including 2 air conditioners, a second freezer, and a dehumidifier. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Any time I have had any questions or concerns, Joel has taken care of them right way. He even filled out the rebate slips and had the checks mailed right to me. I trust Joel implicitly and will absolutely return for any future appliance needs.

Always great service - Joel always gives great product info and very fair pricing. Items are delivered when scheduled. I have bought all my appliances here for years - highly recommend! Same or better pricing than big box stores, overall experience and service on a completely different level. Great to be able to support and recommend a local business!
