From shopping, to purchasing, to the installation, S&W provided a superlative experience. The salesperson, Joe, was very helpful, took into account my needs and the limitations of the space, provided information on other options, as well as providing additional information on the repair rates and experience of other buyers. He was a great resource. The two gentlemen who delivered and installed my washer dryer pair were exceptional. The space was tight (small machines) and they installed them well and with care for my home. They took the time to ensure that the machines were leveled, wouldn’t shake, both worked, and situated correctly. They were also very personable and nice. Overall, it was what I have come to expect from S&W, and this experience cemented my good opinion of their sales and installation service.

I bought my first appliance at S&W about 7-8 years ago. I first met with Dave- he’s the best! Great guy and always so very helpful. Since then, I bought several other appliances and worked with Joe in sales (another great guy). Although I don’t know all the employees by name, other than Jerry, who I spoke to on a couple of occasions, everyone there, is always great! All the way down the line from phone calls to delivery- these guys are definitely all about Customer Service !!

I love the dishwasher we bought at S&W. During a power outage it stopped working during mid-cycle and needed service to reset. Since there was an extended warranty, a technician fixed it. An issue with an invoice sent to me was quickly resolved with the help of Alex and Jerry at S&W. That’s the type of customer service I appreciate. I would recommend S&W to anyone who needs appliances. They are friendly, reliable and LOCAL!

I texted S&W Appliance regarding my need to replace my 16 year old refrigerator this past Saturday morning around 8:45AM and provided the specifics of the refrigerator which I currently own. To my surprise, Brad immediately responded back to me with a pleasent "good morning" and at least one option of a unit that he could recommend. My wife and I were at the later that day. Brad was great because my wife needed a layout of the inside of the new refrigerator to match as close to the 16 year old one which was no easy task. After Brad showing us at least five different models and layouts, we were able to finally find one that my wife liked. Brad was very patient with us and happily roamed the showroom with us and pointing out the specifics of each unit. We could have not been happier with Brad's great personality and concern to ensure that we found the perfect refrigerator for our needs. There was never any pressure to make a purchase and, as senior citizens, were treated with respect with our unusual questions throughout the experience. We have made over six purchase over the years at S&W Appliance and will be sure that we ask for Brad the next time we need to buy an appliance. Dan and Beth B.

We purchased our GE stove from S&W in January. We were so impressed with their sales customer service as they were so accommodating and not “sales pushy” at all…just honest and genuine. Better price than all other stores when considering delivery, additional items needed, haul away and overall ease of experience. Also, the delivery experience was CONSIDERABLY better than any large store. They showed up exactly when they said they would! Now, fast forward to April and I called regarding a small issue (just something loose) with the stove. I received a call back so quickly from Alex, who was so incredibly kind and helpful. And Alex had already reached out to their GE contact and someone will be coming to resolve my issue!!! Talk about Red Carpet service! Thank you S&W!
