Personable and helpful from the start. Transparent pricing. No surprises, unlike big-box stores. Had a washer removed and new one delivered and installed yesterday. Everything went flawlessly. Delivery team was extremely professional and personable, but "down to business". They knew their job and got it done with no glitches!! In an out in a short time. I will be using Gil's again.

We recently bought a new refrigerator from Gil's and had a great experience! We called for some measurement and delivery cost information (they offer free delivery and haul away service!), and ended up making an online order once we decided what we wanted. The online ordering was simple and efficient. They followed up immediately and arranged for a quick delivery. There was an issue with the fridge and Gil's acted quickly, followed up, and made it right for us immediately without the frustrating calls and being passed around (like you would experience at big box stores). I highly recommend working with them. Shop local to keep local businesses thriving!

I was very impressed when I recently dealt with Gil's. I had done my research for a new gas stove. They had it in stock at the same price as the big box stores and offered free delivery and took away our old stove for free. The delivery guys were courteous and efficient. I highly recommend this business. I loved dealing with a small second generation women owned small business. I went in Monday and had my stove Thursday.

Bought Maytag Washer. Worked for 2 weeks then broke. They sent someone out to service it and said they had to order parts. 3 weeks later I called Gil's to see the status. Gil's called the service company and I was told the part is on back-order and there was no ETA. They said Maytag was going to "attempt to expedite" the part. I said that is unacceptable and want my money back or a new washer. Cannot get an answer. Owners are away/on vacation and nobody else can give an answer. Will go to the big box store from now on myself. Good luck to the rest of you.

I purchased a Washer/dryer pair of LG appliances from gills a number of years ago, and got the extended warranty. From normal wear and tear, I developed a clicking in the washer top load lid. I called Gil’s, and they were super responsive. Almost like magic, the technician doing the repair reached out to me, and with the most minimal effort I’ve ever had to expand for an extended warranty, my appliance was repaired promptly and professionally. I was very very pleased with my interactions with the Gil’s staff, as well as my interactions with the repair technician. Very easy, and straightforward. And I don’t take this for granted, as I have had other extended warranty experiences recently be really frustrating. So I wanted to let others know that Gil‘s really stands behind its extended warranties, and I strongly suggest utilizing them! Also, their staff is always courteous, kind, and super helpful when I call. Five stars!
