I can't say enough good things about J's Appliances and the people there. We just finished a nightmare year-long full house renovation, and working with J's was the easiest and most stress-free part of the whole experience. Everyone in the store was friendly and knowledgeable, and took the time to show us every appliance without pressuring us to buy anything. They had a great selection and availability, with lots of floor models to look at, and they gave us great prices on everything even lower than what was listed on the website. When our renovation kept getting delayed and dragged out after we had already purchased the appliances, they worked with us to delay the delivery and install until we were ready. They were incredibly kind and understanding about it and didn't charge us extra or give us a hard time. When we were ready, they delivered and installed everything quickly and professionally. We had a slight issue with a loose leaking water line on the fridge after install, and they took care of that and sent a technician out quickly as well. At the end of the day between the appliances themselves, delivery, installation, haul away of the old appliances, and the repair service, we saved hundreds of dollars overall compared to buying the same appliances at a big box store, and the service was absolutely incomparable.

This is my second appliance I’ve purchased from Js Broadway . I couldn’t be happier. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. The sales people are knowledgeable about the products and helpful in making decisions based on your own personal needs. I highly recommend doing business with them and will not hesitate on purchasing an appliance from them in the future.

Time and time again, J's comes through! With 7 people in our house, it does not take long for laundry to pile up when your washer needs to be replaced. I called to order at the end of business on Wednesday, they installed 2 days later, and removed my broken one, when we're still waiting for snow to melt! Installation techs were amazing, especially considering the right space in my laundry room. Thanks Joe Jr & team!!
