These people are con artists. They take your money and sell you damaged and faulty appliances. BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. The owner is irresponsible, unreliable and very deceptive. He sold me a DAMAGED fridge and a Damaged stove. Delivered a dishwasher missing pieces.

Great service! I purchased a Front Load Washer & Dryer, Dishwasher, Flat Top black and silver Stove, microwave, and double door refrigerator with freezer at the bottom (all LG brand). Louis was extremely helpful and courteous! It took them about 1 week to deliver. The deliverers brought the W&D up the stairs and set everything up for me. Louis even gave me a discount because I purchased so many items from him. This was October 2008 and as of today Aug 2018, I have not had any issues with any of my appliances. My boyfriend also purchased 3 coin-op washing machines and 3 coin-op dryers from Louis as well to use in his rental property.

My mom has bought a few appliances from this place and every appliance has had a problem. The biggest problem is when you go speak to Luis, the owner. He gives you the run around and never sends a repair person out to check out the problem. We have been trying to get our appliances repaired for over a year.

I bought a washer and dryer from them. Had trouble from first day so I set up a service call The serviceman came - wasn't sure what to do, and started heading out the door. I asked him where he was going and he said he would be back, 6 days later I stopped by the store to see what happened, and they couldn't give me an answer. I asked to return the washer and dryer they refused to accept it, This was the worse customer service experience I have ever had. BEFORE YOU GO THERE GOOGLE THEM DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID, THERE ARE OTHER BAD REVIEWS ABOUT THEM.
