STAY AWAY! If I could give 0 stars I would. Called Saturday, they told me to call back Monday. I called back Monday, no answer, I call back Wednesday, they tell me they’ll get a tech out on Friday between 9-11am. GREAT! I take the morning off of work.. Friday comes, you guessed it! Nobody shows up. I go to the store, they tell me the tech just didn’t show up and there’s nothing they can do about it. Left it at that. Be warned.

Bought a dryer. It would turn on but would not spinn with clothes in it, as if the motor was dead. Anything more then a single t-shirt, it would not move. I asked if I could bring back a few days later. Fausto Abreu, I belive is they owner, told me, over Facebook messaging, to tell him the date I bought so he could look up the invoice. I told him no need I will bring the receipt with me. They were acting as though they did not believe I bought the dryer from them. The dryer was blatantly not in working order, and they knew this when I bought it. From then on I was essentially d#$ked(for lack of a better word)around until a month had pasted. After that I was and have been completely ignored. This was may 21 of 2020. Taking advantage of people trying to save a buck, is not only ethically wrong, it's morally wrong! Let's get people like this out of our town and out of our homes!

Fixed my washer and within months in broke again, same part. Now they are saying it costs too much to replace and I should just buy a new washer. Why did they fix it the first time and charge me instead of just telling me to get a new one? Now they keep telling me they will call me back (it's been 2 months) and I still have a broken washer.

I recently purchased a washer dryer combo from here. They were suppose to set up the unit in the apartment. The owner was nice but the delivery guy was very rude and nasty. He was lazy and did not want to complete the job. He kept trying to get out of connecting the unit. I will not recommend to anyone only because the delivery guys were unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!
